Artichokes, Coyote Skull, Fishing Weight

This is another image from the still life series that I am showing at a gallery in Los Angeles for the month of March. The fishing sinker is a Native American artifact my husband found near his house when he was a boy, and Artichoke is the name of this band, so this photograph ended up with some bonus biographical elements. I also liked the way sunlight from the window on the left bounced off the wood floor and provided a warm undercast.
