Rocha

This has no PP (or HDR) other than the removal of a small hut or something in the distance.

The combination of beach AND sky detail comes from the use of GNDs.

The light is courtesy of a rain storm at dawn.

In my view this is how the human eye perceives scenes, because it scans. We think "silhouette" type photos look "natural" because that is what we have learned to expect a photo to look like.

If you REALLY want "realistic" photos, you have to control the graduation of the light - in camera, as here, or in PP, as I normally do.

Or that's my opinion - comments?
