Boil

As the coffee starts to boil, you'll see a thick foam start to appear on the surface. The idea is to try and preserve as much of this foam as possible.

 

Once you've got it to boiling point, take it off the heat... then let it boil up again.

 

Some say you should boil only twice... others say you should boil three times.

 

But suffice to say once it's boiled up and cooled down a few times. It's ready to drink.

 

Now simply pour out into small cups... evenly distributing the pour between each cup to even the sediment of coffee in each one, and sip contently :)
