"de-junk, re-junk" is an annual show, open to all Merseyside artists, craftspeople and designers.

The initial part of the exhibition tied in with a conference ran by Wirral Council, the event is over 3 days, Held at Pacific Road Arts Centre (22nd and 23rd). The exhibition will later had a second airing in Birkenhead Park from 16th -31st of July 2011and additional artists can join in at this point as there is a greater amount of space available. This will become an annual event with 3 weeks booked for 2012 in July. This project is on-going and we will build up a store of work for 2012.

The aim was to use my old kitchen doors and other junk that I had aimed to recycle myself but not used. Broken plates, mother board, great springs, bubble wrap, stuffing, cork notice boards, the list goes on. Artists can supplement my supplies with their own junk. Private message me if you are interested and I will give you details of the address to find the treasure! Collection of rubbish may require transport. All works can be for sale although discreetly in the first showing and Commission will be 20% for the july show..the items are given freely by me to be used in the project.
