r(evol)ution was an idea I got over a year ago. I didn't get the idea for doing shoots revolving around the idea until about October, when there were constant reports on the news about kids committing suicide because they were bullied. Inspired by that, my own thoughts, and as well as photographer Tyler Shields's Love is Louder project, I came up with this idea. It took me forever to actually start, but here it is. I'm hoping to do many more shoots for this project in the future, and I want to get other people involved. I'd just like to say that bullying is wrong. We're all different. There's no need to make fun of people because they don't fit the norm.
Another thing that inspired me is that I've noticed that there is so much hate in general in this world, particularly between girls. STOP hating each other for stupid reasons. Be civil. Be respectful. If there was a whole lot more love and respect in this world, it wouldn't be such a sucky place to live in. Besides, hatred is so time and energy consuming. The world doesn't need it.
It's time for a love revolution.
