An eagle overhead pass...

I caught this beautiful mature eagle today near SWEPCO Lake near Gentry, AR. If you look closely, this eagle has ID bands on both legs. About 3-4 weeks ago I photographed this same eagle at a different lake about five miles away from this site. Today, I was able to make out some lettering on the red band on its right leg. It has a 2 with an M directly below the two. This same number and letter combination is repeated on the other side of the red band. I plan to contact a national wildlife officer to see if this eagle can be identified with this limited information. The other band is aluminum and is not readable. These bands are typically placed on the eagle whille still in the nest. I would love to know more about its origin.
