Salvage of two bikes from the dunes near Foz de Cunene, Angola
Salvage of two bikes in a small time frame during low tide in the zone of the huge sand dunes (area of Baia de los Tigres) between Foz de Cunene and Tombue. The Flamingo Lodge is the southernmost settlement on the otherwise uninhabited coast, which may be caused by unsuccessful adventurers for help. The danger of the route between Foz de Cunene and Tombue is often underestimated. Many motorcycles and cars were hit by the high tide and were lost. These travelers were lucky ... after two days and nights they could be rescued by Raymond Sakko, the owner of the Flamingo Lodge.
