Old drive-ins are so cool. Where've ya been?

Love the perspective on this one. Took me a minute to figure out the subject from the thumbnail.

Your photos keep reminding me of the purity of content and vision the best black and white photography has.

Awesome photograph. I love the perspective, and the BW gives it a looking back feeling to the photo that is really the message. There's a drive in only about 45 mins away from here, that my family and I go to a lot during the summer. They've been launching "snack bar" campaigns to get people to buy the (overpriced) food at the snack bar. Lately, the motion picture companies have increased their cut out of the ticket sales now to the point where they don't make much of a profit off the tickets. Let's just hope they stay open, because they are a great experience (and a cheap way to watch movies :))

Wonderful... not many have the speakers anymore... now you have to use your car radio. That is, if you can still find a drive-in.

      Wonderfully moody shot. A classic
