Salmon Stuffing

Best way to BBQ a salmon:

Ingredients:

Whole fish, cleaned and scaled.

Lemon

Onion

salt & pepper

butter

 

1) Lay out on tin foil

2) Stuff with lemon and onion

3) season with salt & pepper - under the fish, in the stuffing and on top

4) scatter little bits of butter all around

5) seal the tin foil

 

Cook for about 20-25 mins on the BBQ.
