April Fool!

 

My sister's baby was due to be born by c section on April 1st. I went up to stay with her for a few days. She went in on the morning in question, they got her and hubbie into gowns and scrubs accordingly, trundled down to theatre, and then decided that since the baby had turned and was no longer breach, they wouldn't do a c secton after all. The expectant parents were thus sent home empty handed, as it were. My dear sister is still waiting for a natural birth two weeks later. Poor lass.

 

Anyway, here's the moses basket sat in the bay window of their living room awaiting the arrival of Lucas, when the tardy little bugger finally makes an appearance.
