"America's Strawberry Shortcake"

Anthony's Restaurants Strawberry Shortcake made with local Northwest berries picked in the morning and delivered before lunch. Since some of our berries only have one day's shelf life, if any berries are left over at the end of the day, they go into the marguerita mix. Old fashioned drop biscuits. Fresh whipped cream. Sheila Lukins called this "America's strawberry shortcake". Antlhony's have been making this shortcake since 1992. It has a cult following in the restaurants but more people should know about it.
