This is how I maintain my girlish figure these days
Whole wheat toast + Greek yogurt + pistachios + a drizzle of honey. (I didn't come up with this "recipe," by the way -- I saw it in a recent issue of Martha Stewart's Everyday Food magazine.)
I eat one piece if it's for breakfast and two if it's for lunch.
It's actually pretty darn tasty if you like all of the ingredients on their own. Oh, and it's healthy, too - with plenty of calcium, fiber, protein and other things that are good for you :)
