This is a shot from a photoshoot with Sarah, a very talented and beautifull model.
I'm a location shooter but since the weather in Belgium isn't allways fun to work in, I decided to transform my office into a (very) small studio. Just so I have a plan B when the weather is too bad. At the moment the studio is far from finished and I only have one studiolight and a couple of speedlights. Time to see what I can do with this (lack of) equipment and some imagination.
The model is lit with my cheap Chinese studiolight (a 300ws on 1/16 power) and a big softbox camera left, a bit behind the model.
A single SB-24 (I think at 1/16) on a Nano stand behind the model, camera right, is zoomed in and aimed at her hair,to create separation from the black background (a piece of black cloth.
Triggered with PW's.
