First course
Yesterday was low sunday and two of our daughters had their First Communion. We had a big family feast afterwards and this was the first course:
Salmon filet (slowly cooked in olive oil at low temperature) with caviar and a balsamico glaze. The glaze is made by boiling down balsamico vinegar and Port. The salad dressing / sauce is made from white wine vinegar, caramelized sugar, blueberries and sunflower oil.
