Lemon-berry triflemisu
Vanilla sponge cake (left over from the lemon and raspberry cakes) drizzled with lemon sugar syrup and muscat wine, then layered with mixed berries and mascarpone cheese whipped with whipping cream and lemon curd. It was AWESOME.
