Preparing dinner
As the sun sets beyond the hills, camel traders at Pushkar tie up their animals and prepare dinner. The simple meal of Roti (Flat Indian bread) or Bhatti (Rajasthani bread cooked over open embers) with dal and onion is cooked by men in the open field using twigs and dried camel dung. A group is getting their meal ready.
