Eileen Magnier from RTE said “ I’m delighted to support Connaught Special Olympics – it’s a fantastic organisation giving great enjoyment not just to the athletes but to their families, friends and supporters and I hope that at this time when we like to spend a few euro on making ourselves look nice for Christmas that we can spare a little more to give our local Special Olympics athletes the best chance to shine when they represent the region in next year’s games in Limerick”
Nicola Crossan from Crossan Hair and Beauty said” We are delighted to be working with and supporting such a worthy cause, we cover a large area such as Connaught, Longford Westmeath and parts of Ulster, and we are asking our loyal customers in our region to support this fun fundraising initiative in aid of such a worthy cause.
Michael Carty Regional Fundraising Coordinator for Special Olympics Connaught said “we are delighted to have Crossan Hair and Beauty on board for this event. It is testament to the times that are in it how local Companies will go out of their way to support Special Olympics.
