An aerial view shows a giant 60-by-60 metre swastika symbol consisting of larch trees amid a green pine forest near the village of Zernikow 110 km northeast of Berlin November 14, 2000. The swastika, which was forgotten during Soviet-allied East German rule and rediscovered only after German reunification in 1992, was planted in late 1930s by a local merchant during Nazi times. - RTXK5NE Die Luftaufnahme vom 14. November 2000 zeigt ein circa 60 mal 60 Meter großes Hakenkreuz aus gelb gefärbten Lärchen inmittten eines Kiefernwaldes im brandenburgischen Zernikow. 1992 war das NS-Symbol bei Arbeiten eines Landschaftsbauunternehmens entdeckt worden.
