Old Man of Storr

The 'Old Man' is perhaps the most photographed location on The Isle of Skye. The pinnacle of rock being a prime example of the Trotternish landslip.
I was not fit enough with my ongoing ankle issues to climb up to The Old Man for myself but a short walk from my campsite in Torvaig afforded this awesome view of him in the distance. In the early evening light I just loved that the ancient collapsed hill fort wall of Dun Gerashader foreshadowed the distant landslip.
Enjoy!
