Mai Tai
Everybody's got their own version of the Mai Tai, some good, some bad. This one, at Duke's Barefoot Bar (a beachside Waikiki landmark) was the best I had, done simply with 3 rums, triple sec, tropical fruit juices, and a pineapple slice. As a general rule, if it comes in anything but an old fashion or highball glass or with a maraschino cherry... run.
