my homemade Dijon mustard vinaigrette

2 cloves fresh garlic

handful fresh parsley

(chop in food processor finely)

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 tsp paprika

1/3 C wine vinegar

1 tsp dijon mustard

(mix in food processor)

slowly add olive oil/salad oil (2/3 Cup)

refrigerate!

 

This is wonderful and I have made it for several years!
