Potlatch seasoning for fish from Williams-Sonoma

POTLATCH SEASONING .. especially perfect for planked salmon

 

2 teaspoons salt;

3/4 teaspoon ground cumin;

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano,crushed;

¼ teaspoon garlic powder;

1/4 teaspoon chili powder;

1/8 teaspoon white pepper.

 

Makes about 4 teaspoons
