Commodore PET 2001 with hi-fi system
This is a running commodore PET 2001 (one of the first PCs of the world), trying to load a program from the data casset which is playing. On the right there's one of my hi-fi systems used as a docking-station and connected to my Linux boxes to transfer data, encoded as frequencies, to the cassettes. These data are saved on the Computer as MP3s -- about 7MBs of MP3 are up to 6kb of real data.
The PET is located on an assistant table next to some PC desks on the right and my big fat desktop behind the apperatures, reflecting in the mirror. For privacy reason, the remaining parts of my room are shaded out.
