Chicken, sweet potatoes and chard

The chicken was an organic bird from Sunnyside Farm, roasted with pressed garlic and rosemary.

 

The sweet potatoes are from Next Step Produce, and were par-boiled, then fried in butter with salt and thyme leaves.

 

The chard was also from Next Step, and was steamed with salt, pepper and a touch of balsamic vinegar.
