With herb butter (and brussel sprouts).
This was a good meal. Largely because it was entirely made from odds and ends that I found in the fridge. Not kidding. What I mean when I say pumpkin is, in fact, butternut squash. There was a half of one left over from a previous meal. I found some parsley.. some thyme.. onion. Butter. No problem. Naturally we always have eggs and flour around, so I decided not to venture out in the rain.
