mint tagliatelle. We ate it with a braised lamb ragu with olives. Super yummy.
A few nights ago, while eating some pierogi and kielbasa (and dandelion greens), I marveled to hill at the shear wonderful variety of food in the world.
"If you challenged me, I could make you a different meal every night for.. 6 weeks," I said.
"I challenge you."
So off we go. No repeats for a month and a half.
It won't be hard, exactly.. but there will be things that we start to miss, I'm sure.
The meals will be defined pretty specifically.. That is, we can have fish more than once.. even steelhead trout more than once, but the preparation has to be significantly different.
Nights that we eat leftovers, are exempt.
I'm a pretty decent cook. And I love to eat. Strangely, I haven't done too much documenting of food here on flickr. Maybe I should document this little challenge..
