Pumpkin Spice Cookies (II)
Pumpkin Spice Cookies.
I had some pumpkin puree left over, so I made half a batch of these cookies. The icing is the same cream cheese maple frosting from the cake (left over, too). Because I had bought some white chocolate chips about 2 weeks ago, it seemed fitting to make the cookies a tad bit sweeter and scrumptious (in truth the recipe called for walnuts and raisins, but I did not have any).
