Portobello Mushroom Melt Sandwich
This was really good. Nice to make for your vegetarian friends.
Recipe:
2 slices of multigrain bread
4 portobello mushrooms
2 slices of mozarella
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Salt the mushrooms and grill the mushrooms in olive oli in a non-stick pan. Pull them out and put them between two slices of toasted bread. Put a slice of cheese on top.
