Spicy salt chicken spareribs
Great little dish - simple to make and quite delicious. The chicken spareribs are first marinated with a little mirin, soya sauce, pepper and Chinese rice wine for at least an hour.
Then, it is coated in flour that is seasoned with cinnamon, five-spiced powder, Sze Chuan pepper, white pepper and salt before being deep fried to a nice golden brown color.
