Hi there KayEllen. Those pieces have worked out very well for us. I bought the table, six side chairs, plus two upholstered-back chairs (for host and hostess) from Ethan Allen about ten years ago. All discontinued now. We always eat in the dining room, use them every day and we're very happy with them. The large, high-back chairs have a formidable presence without blocking the room visually. They're big, yet they are very light weight and easy for me to lift when vacuuming. The seats are cushioned and wide, so very comfortable even when sitting for long dinners. Now if only I could cook.

Just one thing though, I seem to recall an open invite but there's six of us now will you not be joining us at meal times or will you be too busy waiting on us ? ;)
