I had never had rhubarb, but when someone brought bags and bags to church, I thought I'd make a pie.
It's the prettiest pie I've ever made (and the only lattice pie I've ever succeeded with), and the crust (from the Pie and Pastry Bible) was amazingly tender *and* flaky.
