On the wall is “Western Sun” (2004) by Mark Handforth. On the floor is “Drywood” (2013) by Miami residents Gean Moreno and Ernesto Oroza which comprises twelve cement spheres used by urban planners as decorative barriers, each incorporating souvenir beach towels

The Jorge M. Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) opened on 4 December 2013 in Museum Park on the shore of Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami. The building designed by the Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron features wraparound terraces and broad canopies with hanging vertical gardens using local plants and vegetation. The museum collects 20th and 21st Century art.
