Cabernet Sorbet
A grape sorbet, so sweet, but with earthy undertones, making it a dessert suited to more adult palates. I used Cabernet grapes from the gleaning of my mother and step-father's vineyard, Brigden Vineyards. As usual, another delicious recipe from David Lebovitz's A Perfect Scoop.
