The Pentagon, in Arlington County, Virginia, across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C., is the headquarters of the United States Department of Defense.
What a huge impression this building made on us when we finally stood in front of it. Not only the immense scale of the building. But also, now we could see it with our own eyes, and of course for all the decisions taken here in the course of history. We could almost touch it but unfortunately there was a fence between us and the building...hahaha of course there is !!!
