Castello di Ama
Dinner with InGamba Tours and Lorenza Sebasti, owner of Castello di Ama winery in the Chianti region of Tuscany. Part of the beauty of InGamba is access to moments like this: Castello di Ama is not open to the public and private dinners are usually reserved for press or special industry groups. We got four hours alone with one of the most influential women in the history of the Chianti wine tradition. Incredible.

Art installations throughout the property are the result of carefully concepted collaborations between world-renowned artists and the estate. The relationship brings fresh energy and inspiration to the wine and its maker (a factor that Lorenza insists is paramount to creating good wine) and gives artists a place to create pieces that would otherwise never come to life.
