chicken wrap 3
so i got home at suppertime, no one else was there...i wanted to make a mushroom spinach wrap like they have at jason's deli, but we didn't have any mushrooms so i made up my own tasty (and healthy!) wrap.
i sauteed shredded carrots, green olives, sugar snap peas, roasted peanuts, and dried cranberries in low-sodium soy sauce, then mixed in some (cooked) rotisserie chicken. i put all this into 1/2 of a whole wheat wrap with lettuce and topped it with fat free cream cheese and fat free italian dressing!
(then it was so pretty that i had to photograph it before eating)
