Buon Compleanno Massimo!
Birthday cupcakes for Massimo who is I believe a Christmas Day baby! These are After Midnight (dark choc cupcakes with choc ganache center and fudgy buttercream frosting), California Dreaming (lemon cupcaks with pistachio buttercream), I Love You Honey Bunny (carrot cake cupcakes with Philly cream cheese frosting) & Cookie Monster (vanilla cupcakes with a speculoos cookie cream center and Oreo buttercream) topped with home-made gumpaste decorations.
This should be my last order of the season before we head out for the holidays but I have learned to never say never!
