Cookie Monster Cupcake
This is a brand spankin' new creation on the Little Miss Cupcake menu. I made it while goofing around recently in the kitchen. It's a Madagascar Vanilla cupcake with a cream of Speculos (a cinnamon-flavored Belgian cookie) center topped with a Cookies n Cream frosting and a mini Oreo. Yummy! They kind of remind me of Venus Flytraps in this pic! :)
