An homage to my husband's 2nd, wait, make that 5th love (after me and our two kids!) - the Haagen Dazs Macadamia Nut Brittle Ice Cream Bar
This is home-made vanilla cupcakes, mashed with caramel, vanilla buttercream and Macadamia nuts, shaped as a pop and dipped in bittersweet chocolate and drizzled in more Macadamia nuts. Haagen Dazs has got nothing on me!
