Me on a diet
Yuck. But it has to be done. I tried exercise, but I don't get enough time weekly to workout properly (maybe 1 or 2x per week when we aren't traveling). I try to get food that is better for me, but because we are always on the run, I don't have time to prep good stuff.
So...ordering a box of food kind of diet it is. Let's see if this works. I'd like to drop 25 lbs and get back to my svelte self (rather than my slightly over my BMI self that feels kinda squishy and less energetic).
After this is done...and if it works, I'm hoping to maintain through light exercise and eating well when I can. I have to buy more 'on the go' type healthy snacks. Anyone know of the best kind? I HATE diet bars. They are so gross.
