The ice cream sandwich was excellent. To be more specific, it's a Lemon Buttermilk Ice Cream Sandwich with housemade gingersnap cookies at Dyron's Lowcountry Restaurant in Mountain Brook, Alabama. Pastry Chef is Mary-Claire Alford. The cookies really made it.
