Tomatoes in the Hoop House

"Hoop House" = new American name for these propagating greenhouses used by large-scale growers of vegetables and flowers. Made with metal or PVC "hoops" and covered with heavy duty plastic. Sides can be rolled up to control heat-humidity (in those without fancy fans, as here). They take management, but work very well. Here at Paul and Anna's Ivy Creek Family Farm, Barnardsville.
