grilled brined shrimp with mango salsa
This was GOOOOOOD! From Everyday with Rachael Ray...I picked it up on a whim, and was VERY impressed with the magazine. Can't wait to try the Cubano Pork Chops tomorrow night! This was not a "30-minute meal" w/brining and marinating the shrimp, but was well worth the labor involved.
