• Would it be even better if there was a little bit of water to see around it? - petermoons
  • I shot this with the Sigma 10-20mm at 10mm. When you're shooting landscape it is no problem, but when it comes to architecture it needs perspective adjustment in post process.

The original shot had a little water on the left, but it got cut out in post process :(

It was a funny feeling to sit here and enjoy the fjord while the traffic raced across the bridges high above.

A lot could be said about the traffic planning in Norway, but Flickr is not the place to discuss that :)) These two Varoddbrua bridges, spans the Topdalsfjorden just east of Kristiansand.

Comments and critique are as always welcome. Let me hear your opinion, why do you like this, or even better, how would you approach this scenery. Give me your thoughts... not just a Wow!... only then I can improve :))

In and out of Explore, thanks to all for comments and faves :))

Seriously cool work. I honestly would've like to see a little less of the left side of the frame, and a little more on the right side. Really like the details in the bridge.

The bronze tones makes it monochromatic which is not usually seen. It's solid in the forefront and the eye is also taken to the extremity. It has straight lines and symmetry with a concave element. It has reflection and texture. It also has highlights and shadows. It all comes together well in this image.
