I was bored, we had over-ripe fruit, I made jam, I made a PB&J sandwich, I ate it! It was good!
I think I may have put too much J in the sandwich and not enough PB... its all oozing out... lol
I made the jam from a mish-mash of over-ripe fruit from the fridge.... from memory, I think I added pluots, grapes, a kiwi, an apple, and a nectarine. No sense in wasting good fruit!
