Made a Peach Cobbler this evening:)

Recipe:

5 peaches, skin removed and sliced (can substitute 1-21 ounce can of peach pie filling for fresh peaches)

1 tablespoon butter, softened

1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

Ground cinnamon

Mix the peaches and Allspice in a 1 1/2 quart microwavable casserole.

Microwave on medium-high (70%) for 4 minutes; stir.

Spread brown sugar around.

In a small bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, sugar and butter until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.

Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto hot mixture around the edge of casserole; sprinkle with cinnamon.

Microwave on medium-high 7 minutes, or until biscuits are no longer doughy.

Preheat oven at 350 and bake for 10 minutes to turn golden brown.

Serve with cream if desired.
