Made a Peach Cobbler this evening:)
Recipe:
5 peaches, skin removed and sliced (can substitute 1-21 ounce can of peach pie filling for fresh peaches)
1/4 teaspoon Allspice
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
Ground cinnamon
Mix the peaches and Allspice in a 1 1/2 quart microwavable casserole.
Microwave on medium-high (70%) for 4 minutes; stir.
Spread brown sugar around.
In a small bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, sugar and butter until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.
Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto hot mixture around the edge of casserole; sprinkle with cinnamon.
Microwave on medium-high 7 minutes, or until biscuits are no longer doughy.
Preheat oven at 350 and bake for 10 minutes to turn golden brown.
Serve with cream if desired.
