Hash brown potato casserole

Recipe:

 

1 1/2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes

1/2 cup melted butter

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 teaspoon pepper

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup chopped onion

10 ounce pkg. mild cheese

2 cups crushed corn flakes

1/4 cup melted butter

 

Heat over to 350. Mix the first 8 ingredients together in a big bowl and pour into a buttered or PAM sprayed casserole dish (13x10). Top with crushed corn flakes, mixed with the melted butter. Bake uncovered 1 hour.
