went to a small whisky tasting tonight - 9 guys (all middle-aged and or higher except for dave and I), all of whom were pre-assigned by the whisky-master, patrick, to bring a specific bottle. the meet and greet went from 6-7pm, the tasting went from 7-8:30pm while the wives continued to mingle, then bbq steaks were served for all around 9pm, and we all left feeling more than satiated at 11pm.
