Surfbird

The Surfbirds are usually seen on the rocky shorelines or outcrops, but in they have a strong liking for the shallow waters of Bodega Bay along the north side, sometimes gathering there by the score. Yes, that's a juvenile Short-billed Dowitcher in the background.
