Shepherd's Pot Pie
A hybrid of Shepherd's Pie and chicken pot pie for those of us who don't eat red meat, and are allergic to wheat/gluten. Recipe here
The carrots, squash, green beans, potatoes, onion and garlic were from the Leeks & Bounds CSA. The milk used in the mashed potatoes was from Brookford Farm.
